Before the correct version of the SMART Notebook software can be registered as a CI, this software product needs to be registered.
Register this software product. The best category to select for this product is “Communication/Data Exchange Software”. Specify the following in the Remarks field of the product:

Which option did you select in the Depreciation method field?
The option “Not Depreciated” should be selected in the Depreciation method field, because licenses for this software product are included in the price of the interactive whiteboard hardware.
